Welcome to Support Expert Training. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our e-courses, workshops, coaching, and audit services. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Digital Products and E-Courses

• License: When you purchase an e-course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access the training material. 

• Prohibition: You may not share your login credentials, distribute the course videos, or copy our proprietary frameworks (including templates and question banks) to resell or share outside your organisation.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, acronyms, video modules, and templates are the sole intellectual property of Support Expert Training Ltd. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Digital Downloads / E-Courses: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, due to the digital nature of e-courses, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. All sales of digital products are final.

• Workshops & Coaching: Cancellation or rescheduling windows for live workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions are governed by separate, direct client agreements signed prior to booking.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our frameworks and guides are proven, real-world operational strategies, Support Expert Training Ltd does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, SLA improvements, or financial gains. We provide tools and training; the execution and results depend entirely on your individual or organisational implementation. Support Expert Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential business losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
